Yayasan Cemerlang Leadership Development Program

The inaugural Leadership Development Program for the Tun Rahah Scholars was held at Dusun Eco Resort Bentong, Pahang from 28th to 30th April 2014. The program was organized by Yayasan Cemerlang in collaboration with the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (Unirazak). Sixteen Master of Business Administration (MBA) students, all Tun Rahah Scholars from Unirazak, participated in the program. The main objective of the program was to build up the leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills of the participants. Moreover, to strengthen the students’ physical and mental endurance, this program also included adventure activities like night walk, flying fox, wall climbing and jungle trekking. The scholars were observed to have enjoyed the activities. The management hopes that this program managed to successfully inculcate leadership qualities in the scholars.
